How it works

Renting chairs and tables, made straightforward

No accounts to set up, no deposit to pay before you know the price. Four steps from your first message to us collecting everything afterwards.

How it works

Four steps, no guesswork

Renting event furniture shouldn't be complicated. Here's exactly what happens from your first message to the day we pick everything back up.
  1. 1

    Tell us about your event

Send your date, rough guest count and where the event is. One short form, or a call or text if that's easier.

    Takes about a minute

  2. 2

    Choose your rentals

Pick the chairs and tables you think you need. Not sure on numbers? Give us your guest count and we'll suggest what usually works.

We'll flag it if the numbers look off

  3. 3

    Receive your quote

We confirm availability for your date and send a clear price with delivery included, itemised so you can see what you're paying for.

    No obligation to book

  4. 4

    Delivery and pickup

Once you're happy, we lock in your date and agree a delivery window. We drop everything off before your event and collect it afterwards.

What happens when your date arrives

The part people worry about most. Here's how delivery and pickup actually go.
  • We deliver to your door

We agree a delivery window when you book and bring everything to your venue, hall or home. Tell us about stairs, gates, gravel or a tight loading area and we'll plan for it.

  • Stacked where you want it

[SETUP POLICY: confirm whether items are stacked on delivery, and whether full setup and teardown is available for a fee.]

  • Your rental period

[RENTAL PERIOD, e.g. "a standard rental covers 24 hours; weekend rentals are dropped off Friday and collected Monday"]

  • We collect it afterwards

Pickup is scheduled up front, so you're not chasing anyone the morning after. Just stack items roughly where they were dropped and keep them out of the rain.

Questions

Timing, changes and the day itself

How do I request a quote?

Use the quote form on this site. It takes about a minute. Tell us your event date, roughly how many guests you're expecting, where the event is, and what you think you need. If you're not sure on quantities, put your best guess; we'll sanity-check it against your guest count and suggest what usually works. You can also call, text or message us on social media if that's easier.

How far in advance should I book?

As a rule of thumb, the earlier the better. Summer weekends, graduation season and holiday weekends book up first. [RECOMMENDED LEAD TIME, e.g. "two to three weeks for most events, two to three months for weddings"]. Last-minute requests are still worth sending: if it's available, it's available.

How long is the rental period?

[RENTAL PERIOD, e.g. "a standard rental covers 24 hours; weekend rentals are dropped off Friday and collected Monday"]. If your event spans more than one day, say so on the quote form and we'll price the full window.

What happens if I need to change my order?

Guest counts move around, and that's normal. Better to tell us than to guess. [CHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY, e.g. "changes welcome up to 72 hours before delivery; deposits are refundable up to 14 days out"]. Get in touch as soon as you know and we'll do what we can.

Do you set up the chairs and tables?

[SETUP POLICY, e.g. "drop-off and stacking included; full setup and teardown available for an additional fee"]. Ask on the quote form if you'd like setup included so it can be priced in from the start.

Do you pick everything up afterwards?

Yes. Pickup is part of the arrangement, scheduled when you book so you know exactly when the truck is coming back. All we ask is that items are stacked roughly where they were dropped off and kept out of the rain if the weather turns.

What if it rains?

Chairs and tables handle a shower, but standing water and mud are hard on them and unpleasant for your guests. If the forecast looks bad, get in touch. We can talk through moving items under cover, shifting the delivery window, or what your options are for the date.

Who am I renting from?

[BUSINESS NAME] is a small, locally run event rental business serving the Pittsburgh area. You deal with the same people from the first message through to pickup, not a call centre. [OWNER INTRODUCTION: a sentence or two about who runs the business and how it started.]
