Chairs and tables
Priced per item for your rental period.
Delivery
Based on distance to your venue and the size of the order. Always its own line, never buried in the item price.
Pickup
Scheduled when you book, so you know when everything is being collected.
Setup and teardown
Optional. Ask on the quote form and it'll be priced in from the start.
We quote per event rather than publishing a rate card, because a 30-chair backyard party and a 200-guest hall are genuinely different jobs. Quotes are free and there's no obligation to book.

Nothing is charged through this website. Payment is arranged directly with us once you've approved your quote.

Pricing questions
How much do chairs and tables cost?
Pricing depends on how many chairs and tables you need, how far the delivery is, and how long you're keeping them. Rather than publish a rate that turns out not to fit your event, we put together a written quote that itemises everything: rentals, delivery and pickup, so there are no surprises.
Is there a minimum rental quantity?
[MINIMUM ORDER, e.g. "25 chairs or 4 tables for delivery, no minimum for pickup"]. If your event is on the smaller side, ask anyway. It's a quick answer either way.
How do I pay, and is a deposit required?
